Borders Around Drawing Views

All,

Besides creating a sketch tied to a view and then projecting geometry to size a rectangle, is there a way to create borders around a view?  I would like to see an option inside of Inventor to generate a border with an offset size (sort of like the reference geometry window), but can't seem to find one.  Does anyone know of such an option or a different way to generate the border?  Thanks in advance for your assistance!  Hope all is well and have a most blessed day!

Peace,

Pete

Please give a kudos if helpful and mark as a solution if somehow I got it right.

Not ideal but you can do a detail view over top of your base view (drag base view off sheet to avoid printing). In the detail dialogue box, select the rectangular fence shape, select the smooth cutout shape, check the Display detail boundary. This will give you an additional view with a box all the way around it and you can control the size of the box by dragging the detail view box over the base view.

Again not an ideal solution but it may save some time.
