Bolted Connection adding holes that already exist

I have a ticket open, but thought I'd post here too.....I created my holes with the Hole Feature in a multi-body part file.  Then in my assembly, I go into the Bolted Connection Assembly and use the By Hole, or in the past By Concentric, and continue creating my assembly.  The existing hole is 15/16" and we are placing a 7/8 Bolt assembly.  HOWEVER, on most of my bolted assemblies it ADDS an additional hole in the fastener list.  I cannot delete it, as the "X" is greyed out.

I can continue to create the feature, however what it does is pushes these EXTRA holes back into my Multi-body part file, not kidding!, and adds additional sketches (see photo)!  The holes will be "locked" with a blue exclamation mark in the beginning, and the sketches show up on every view, even into 3D PDFS!

What scorcery is this??? Thank you!  This has only started happening in the last 3-4 months.

I have this same problem with flanges/gaskets from the content center. This solution would not apply to that.

when you have a part that already tapped two 3/8-16 unc holes, you just want to insert two sets fasteners. select custom and give an zero diameter. then it doesn't "tap" your base plate. otherwise it will tap a hole on your base plate that already have a tapped hole.
