Blank General Tab In Iproperties

Hi,

Has anyone experienced blank 'Created' , 'Modified' and 'Accessed' Values in the General Tab of Iproperties,  when working in a saved assembly file?

We’ve been working on this file for about a month (saving, modifying, adding, and removing parts), but the dates do not appear in the fields below.

Another weird thing that’s been happening is that when I open this file in my machine, I see this assembly with 1 set of constraints, but when another colleague opens the same assembly in his machine, he sees it slightly different (we’re definitely using the same model states/View reps, etc)

Inventor 2024. No vault being used.

Any help/resolution would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Did you start it from scratch or is it imported geometry?

Hi @BHubbardWVVF9,

I wanted to check in and see if you saw @SharkDesign's follow up questions and you still needed assistance, or if you found a solution to your question already? Please share any available screenshots or screen recordings so the community can assist you further.

All the best,

Hi! Maybe the iam template file you are using is corrupted. Please share the template file here. I would like to understand the behavior better.

Many thanks!

Hi, Thank you for your response. We have spoken to our inventor contact and has something to do with our connection to the server. They explained that Inventor saves in chunks, and in between saving there may be a quick loss in connection that causes that issue of the file not saving correctly.
