Best way to draw ends of springs

I can make a spring but the ends are tricky what is the easiest way to do that?

YEA SORRY ABOUT THAT I AM SUPER BUSY AND I AM ABOUT TO GO CRAZY MY GRAPHICS CARD IS GOING OUT ON ME AND IS CAUSING ALOT OF STRESS.( I KNOW THIS IS OFF THE SUBJECT BUT CAN ANY OF YOU TELL ME A GOOD GRAPHICS CARD THAT I CAN GET THAT WILL HOLD UP TO THIS SOFTWARE) I NEED TO KNOW THE BEST WAY TO DRAW THE HOOKS ON THE ENDS OF A SPRING I HAVE ATTACHED A PICTURE OF THE SPRING THANKS
