Best way to design this complex shape

Hi.

I am new to Inventor and i am struggling with making this part of a product I am currently designing, please find the dimensions attached. Any suggestions would be extremely helpful

Anytime, the drawings proved to be very useful as a simple copy paste and reroute to create closed geometry, followed by loft and shell, its what the forum is here for.
