Working with imported part (Rhino - attached).
Converted to sheet metal.
As you can see, there is no (zero) internal bend radius, external radius equals to thickness (1.5 mm).
Have two issues:
1. I can have flat model generated, but it works in "reverse" logic, I have to increase kf value in order to decrease the flat distance between start - end tangent bend. I.e. I normally use kf.25 with radius .1, I need to use kf.65 to get similar result with radius 0
2. when I do the drawing, it reverts the bend direction annotation (writes "DOWN" when actually the bend is "UP")
Both "issues" do not happen when working with native inventor parts with bend radius set to zero, because it actually set it to 0.001 mm.

Why not design it with an internal bend radius? making a sharp corner like the model has will be impossible.
If I were modeling your part, I would make the inside bend radius 1.5 mm with the outside 3 mm.

I assume they are just pointing out "issues" (bugs?) with Autodesk Inventor that should be corrected..
Its reporting bend direction incorrectly and seems to be responding incorrectly as far as bend deductions are concerned..
As of a few years back its supposed to support zero radius bends to allow non-native model files to be utilized.. It should still function properly though..
We can workaround issues but its also good to report them so that they can get addressed so the software functions better in the future..
Hi! This looks like a bug to me. The bend directions are all opposite. It is wrong. I will work with the project team to understand the behavior better.
Many thanks!
I know I can add an inner radius and modify the outer one, but I'd had to do this on 4 bends per piece, on 23 slightly different pieces.
Also the fact that it reverts the annotations UP and DOWN is quite critical, if I didn't double check we would have probably bent specular, and throw away a lot of sheet metal.
