Bend Part gives uneven bend

I've modelled a label & need to bend it. I create a sketch on the back of it, draw a constrained line right down the middle & use that as my bend line. The output is two different radii, despite the selections I've made in the screenshot.

The proper radius (8.55mm) is on the right. The wrong (4.193mm) is on the left.

What is going on here?

It is depends on the invisible bend radius' position which related with the bend line a little bit.

Could you help upload the model here so that forum expects can help with?

I've attached it. For the record, I use Inventor 2019.

I've found a work-around by using a bend for each side, but I still want to know why it's behaving this way.
