Bend feature not working and can't make flat pattern as a result

I'm trying to make a flat pattern of this sheet metal cover to get the blank size but the flat pattern won't work and the folded model won't let me add bends onto the folds in order to get the flat pattern to work properly.

I would use Sheet Metal tools to create this part rather than standard Loft.

The sketching is easier too...

I Attached the file and an image above.

Lofted Flange rather than standard Loft.
