Batting linetype in Inventor

Good evening everybody!

Situation:

I have been completely stumped by a problem - I cannot seem to bring the "batting" linetype into Inventor (see attached for the linetype in AutoCAD). Furthermore, attempts to copy/paste batting lines from AutoCAD into Inventor simply result in a blank.

Question:

Is it possible to bring the "batting" linetype into Inventor? I will need it as a genuine linetype, rather than a copy/paste of a block, etc.

Thank you all for your help,

Francisco

Linetypes like that are not supported by Inventor.   I don't have an answer on copying/pasting a line like that but you are unable to define a linetype style of that shape.  Linetypes in Inventor must be a straight line with dashes and/or dots.

Maybe you can find a hatch pattern (.pat file) to load into Inventor..

I didn't see one in Inventor nor Autocad though..

Or maybe a sketched symbol..

Thank you Mark and Mcgyvr for your responses! This is an unfortunate result, but not unmanageable. I will see if it's possible to use some kind of surrogate.

Thanks again!
