Balloons defaulting to a description?

I don't know how I managed this one, those are content center parker fittings but they from a custom content center. There is no logic involved and this is a auto balloon because i am trying to track down some parts.

I been adding parker descriptions as i need them and no they are coming up during a auto balloon?
