Automated design iteration

Is there any ability for Inventor to have automated design iteration based on user defined analysis (not FEA or CFD in particular)?  For instance would it be possible to have an assembly of an aircraft composed of 4 seperate peices (wings, body, h-tail, v-tail) and have station cross-sectional areas output and compared to the whitcomb area rule and based upon those differences move the wings, h-tail, and v-tail relative to the body to more closely resemble the rule?

Could writing a plug-in accomplish this or would it become too cumbersom over time as additional tests are applied (IE stability and control, VLM, etc)?

Sounds like iLogic, but I didn't give it a try.

Attach your assembly here.

I'll make a mock up of a possible assembly and post it later today (if I don't get too distracted).

Here's a preliminary assembly.  I've kept it simple for the time being and I'm not 100% sure where to go with it from here. Should I look at making it based on iParts?  Plugin?  VBA?
