As far as I know, the answer is no. The Inventor viewer is a light weigh contender and only has limited capabilities.

Hi! Unfortunately such ability is not yet available on Inventor View. Inventor View is merely a tool to view geometry and do measurement without having to have the full product. We have been investigating how to offer more workflows and abilities in viewing. We are aware of the requirements.
