Autodesk Inventor 2016 Pack and Go issues

Hi I am trying to use pack and go but whenever I select Search Now the error message I receive is "Plugin not available or not properly installed. Notify the System Administrator that the installation is incomplete. Extensibility Interface."

I am currently trying to pack and go all the parts associated with a drawing in one pack and go.

Hi! This sounds like either the Inventor is not properly installed or your user profile does not allow you to use Pack&Go. Are you admin to the machine you are using? Right-click on Inventor icon on desktop -> Run as admin. Then use Pack&Go. Does it work? If not, please try the followings.

1) Start up Windows command line (cmd.exe). Type in "Inventor.exe /Install" Does it work now? If not, try step2.

2) Go to All Programs -> Autodesk -> Autodesk Inventor Pro 2016 -> Tools -> Inventor Reset Utility -> reset it to install defaults. Does it work now? If not, try step3.

3) Go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> find Autodesk Inventor Pro 2016 -> right-click -> Uninstall/Change -> Repair Install.

Many thanks!

Sadly our work laptops use a trusted desktop mode and when I access the command Prompt to try and do "Inventor.exe/Install" it stated the system cannot find the path specified. I also tried steps 2 and 3 and still receive the same error as before.

Hi! Sorry for my incorrect information on step1. You need to type in "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Inventor 2016\Bin\Inventor.exe /install", or go to the folder where Inventor.exe exists and type in the command.

Many thanks!
