Auto Populate Change Order "ADD-DELETE-CHANGE" via Inventor/Vault

We have BOM compare and Drawing compare in Vault and it would be a huge Time & Error saver if Inventor or Vault could auto populate the change order with BOM Additions, Deletions and Changes.  Currently we have to manually notate every change we do on a drawing within Inventor and transcribe it to the change order, which it is very time consuming and prone to errors. The process constantly requires us to flip between the Inventor screen and Vault CO screen and any interruptions further compromises the workflow.  This feature would take Inventor/Vault to a whole new level.
