What are you looking for?  What version?   Have you tried the online tutorials?

Most of tutorials I  found on the Internet does't have parts files for assemblies.

So, I can't learn assemblies

I have to draw crane which uplift bucket and puts it in another place. 

So, I need to know how to assemble the part of crane and how to animate it.

Before starting on assembly - you should master part modeling techniques.

Have you modeled any of your crane and bucket parts?

For practice on assemblies - there are many assemblies (with, of course, parts) in the Samples folder.

I recommend that you open one of these assemblies.

Start a new assembly file.

Tile the two assembly windows side-by-side.

Build new assembly using the finished Sample assembly as a guide.

Repeat for all of the Samples.
