Assembly opened differently with unknown symbol

Anonymous
Not applicable

I opened an assembly and the parts are no longer listed how they usually are on the side window. The assembly now has a symbol next to it that looks like a grounded pin and arrow (circled red in attached photo).  All parts now have boxes around the yellow cube symbols as well.

I've never seen this before,  Usually all of the parts are listed directly under the assembly in the "tree".  Any input on how to get it back to normal?

Hi @Anonymous

Welcome to the forum. I think that symbol is indicating that your subassembly is grounded. It looks like the "push pin" symbol to me. If you right click on that subassembly and deselect grounded, I think you will see the symbol removed. It's almost always a good idea to have at least on component in your assembly grounded though, so I would ground it again after you've checked the symbol.

I hope this helps.
Best of luck to you in all of your Inventor pursuits,

Outside of the grounded icon, this browser icon represents the model was brought in using the ANYCAD interface.
