2 constraints (mate or mate-flush should do it.

Attach your assembly here.

I have the top panel where i want in the Xand Y but not sure how to constrain in the X Y. should I constrain face to face then edges on the X abd Y. then use offsets. sorry but i am getting myself really confused with constraining.

An assembly file (*.iam) is simply a list of hyperlinks to the part files (*.ipt) and a record of assembly constraints.

In other words, an *.iam without the part files is useless.

Sorry thought it would have been inserted but i guess it just points to my library location. So i have to find all the parts in all assemblies and send them?

You should be able to create a very simple demonstration assembly.

Put it all in one folder.
Right click on the folder and select Send to Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Attach the resulting *.zip file here.

or

go to File>Save As>Pack and Go on your actual assembly and it will go out and collect the relevant parts and assembly file(s) and put them in a folder for you, then zip as above.

I think the limit here is 1.5Meg

The limit over here http://augi.com is 10Meg.
