Assembly breaks again every time it is updated

I fix the assembly by doing no changes to it and press the lightning after that. Now it is broken again. Why is this happening?

The Design Doctor is saying that the constraints are inconsistent rather broken which suggests that there is a conflict between them.

Hi. Now it fixed itself. I really didn't do anything to it. So nothing to show anymore.
