Assembling Parts Question

I'm trying to assemble these two parts, and the orange part is cylindrical while the grey one has a flat base. I'm trying to have the edges of the gray base tangent to the cylinder while the middle would be embedded inside the cylinder. Can I do this? If so, how?
Also, how do I constrain the distance horizontally the gray part is from the edge of the cylinder on top?

Thanks!

Extrude grey part mid plane.

Mate plane of grey part to cylinder plane (xy, yz or xz).

I asked for files, not views.

TANGENT constraints (outside solution option) between your flat part's edges and the cylinder outer diameter, plus one FLUSH constraint with offset between grey part and top edge of cylinder. See attached example (Inventor 2024 format).
