I have an assembly with multiple parts that have different model states and assemblies with different model states.
In the BOM it does not allow me to expand that assembly to edit. It shows it with a blue arrow and *Varies*
I can expand all of my assemblies with different model states.
Is there a setting that restricts this feature?

Usually I get this in our team when two parts have the same PART NUMBER, but different File Names. Try disambiguating any duplicity like such. You may have to use Assembly > Rename Browser Nodes to unveil those at a quick glance, since the browser nodes could be different in some cases while the file names are not.

Did not work.
There are 2 assemblies within that will not expand. It just displays the red and green bars in the BOM. All the other assemblies that have multiple Model States will allow me to expand and edit.
Argh!

Hi! The behavior does not sound right to me. It sounds like a bug. If possible, please share an example that exhibits the defective BOM behavior here or directly with me (johnson.shiue@autodesk.com). I would like to understand the behavior better.
Many thanks!
