Arc Dimension

Is there a way to create the arc dimension to a certain angle in inventor? For example, the arc dimension from 0 deg to 25 deg  which is 1017mm as shown below. That is measured along the shell of the tank.

Just for clarity, are you wanting this on a drawing? If so, do get things like this in the past, is I have created a sketch on the view, projected the edges, and made the arc to where I wanted it. Then I was able to dim just that in the drawing.

In the part, you can control by just doing an arc segment to the desired line.
