Any way to get Instance Properties from Inventor into Navisworks?

We are currently using Instance Properties to tag our equipment.  However some of our engineers use Navisworks to review the model.  I have yet to find a way to preserve the tags.

Does anyone know of a way to bring those across?  Any help much appreciated.

Nevermind, I figured it out.  In case anyone else is stuck, this is what I had to do:

1) Activate a BOM in the top level assembly.

2) Add the properties as custom columns

3) Export a .dwf in Custom mode with BOM export activated.
