Annotating text to a part bubble

Is there anyway to annotate text to a part bubble so that if I had to relocate the bubble the text moves with it?

@Anonymous a simple way to achieve this is to create a leader on the bubble edge, the second click just click the exact same spot without extending the leader, type your info, it will create a text without showing the leader, when you move the bubble the text moves with it.
