Angle-Constraints smaller than 0.005 deg

I didn't realize this strange behavoir all the years i'm working with Inventor. Currently this odd behaviour makes me crazy. When constraining two parts with an angle constraint and the angle should be smaller than 0.005 deg, Inventor isn't able to show the right position. It says always 0 when i measure the angle. In my current case this is important and i don't know how to achiev this. In my assembly angular precision is set to max. accuracy. Please help me!

Weird - 0.006deg works, 0.005deg doesn't... refining it between these values it seems to stop between 0.0058 and 0.0057 deg. This is 1 x 10 ^-4 radians which must be the cut-off for a minimum angle I guess... No solution from me sorry

Actually I do have one. Use trig to work out what the end displacement will be and input the formula into the constraint box (or a parameter expression). This seems to bypass the minimum angle issue - measure tool can pick it up. See screenshots below...

This wasn't an angle constraint. I constrained a point or edge to the stationary face. The amount of displacement is then sin(0.005)*(length of part). In the case above the length was 500mm. Just standard trig to find the opposite edge.

Hi! There could be separate issues here. Please share your assembly files (iam and ipt). Sometimes it could be related to the geometry or how it is oriented toward the origin planes.
