Hello,

 

As it is seen in the attached picture, I need to hole axis and Tan constrain the Red part ( that the arrow refer to ) with the other part that the other Arrow refer to it ( the tube). I know that the tube needs to be bent 2 times inorder to let the constrain be applied correctly. Now, the problem is how to bend the tube correctly so that it becomes tangent with the Red part. All the files are attached in the zip file.

@Anonymous ,

 

You may use adaptivity for pipe. Edit the pipe from assembly itself and project requied hole geometry to direct the length of the pipe.

Thank you for reply.

The pipe needs to be bent so that it Tan the red plate and that is the problem.

You can use the copy object command to bring the plate in as reference geometry into the tube, then use a combination of 3D sketches and the sweep to do it.
