Alternate solution to Creating Local Lights in Studio???

Anyone know of an alternative to creating local lights in Studio?

We utilize light fixtures to provide working lights at our substations.

We often need to render the station illuminated at night when adjacent to a residential neighborhood.

We use the render to show local residents the impact of the lighting.

Any way to have the local lights embedded into the light fixtures?

Right now I have to create a local light for EVERY light fixture.

Very tedious and repetitive for sure.

I've tried self illumination appearance styles, but they are not even close to the light levels produced by our fixtures (at best its a very small warm glow effect).

Sample image of a small station render.
