Hi! It sounds that the Content Center or the particular standard of interest is not installed properly. Try this. Start a new assembly -> Place from Content Center -> try to pick a fastener or any standard part. Does it work? If not, it means the CC library are not available in the active project.

Then close all Inventor files and go to Project settings -> find the tool buttons on the right and click on the button at the bottom -> Configure Content Center -> make sure the desirable standard libraries are selected. Also go to Tools -> App Options -> Content Center -> Content Center Library. Make sure the path is correct and the folder contains the proper idcl files.
