Additional sketch

You can see additional two sketches have been created without path which should be perpendicular to path as well. How to do that?

All additional sketches are symmetrical (centered horizontally) over the "YZ" plane..

To make an additional sketch similar to the original one but smaller than that, I created a Work Plane and use Project Geometry to project the original sketch and tried to reduce its scale but it did work. I do not know why?

because the scale tool doesn't work for projected geometry.. only sketch geometry

The offset tool can be used though on projected geometry..
