Model the part in its final shape. Inventor will create a Flat Pattern of it for you.

Hi! I am sorry I am a bit confused about what you want to do. The part contains a sketch with a few rectangles. I assume it is a flat pattern of some sort. If you want to create the flat pattern, you already have it. For the folded part, like Igor mentioned, you can use Sheet Metal environment (Conver to Sheet Metal) and create sheet metal features based on the sketch. After that, you can make a flat pattern of the folded part.

If possible, please refrain from using all-cap letters in a posting. It looks as you are yelling at readers.
