3Dconnexion Space Pilot controller

I have a 3Dconnexion Space Pilot controller that is not allowing control of the model in Inventor 2014. 3Dconnection's support has indicated that there is an Autodesk plugin for navigation that needs to be enabled. Can anyone point me in the correct direction?

Hi

Have you installed the latest driver for 3Dconnexion Space Pilot controller? 

When I use the device, I will set the setting firstly (see the attached image), then launch Inventor to check whether there is "3DxInventor" addin loaded, then it works well on my Inventor.

And could you please try to launch the 3Dconnexion space pilot firstly then Launch Inventor and try again?
