Hello people.
I am stuck with this part for way too long time. it is made of wire and can't get my head around how to model it.
So far I have tried to draw the wire "axis" in a plane and the project it on a cylinder to give it the 10.402" radius but when I add the fillets I am not able to sweep it because the software detects a self intersecting lines (I suppose it have something to do with the way the fillet tool works?)
The other way I have tried to make this is by drawing each part independently and trying to put it all together but I it din't work partly because I am missing some info like how many degrees does the "arc" opens up
Another way I have tried making this is with a 3D sketch but Im stuck since I am not able add this details Into de curve that the form follows
I hope someone is able to understand this post since English is not my first language 😞
Any ideas?
Have you looked into tube and pipe?

Hi! Please attach your prior attempt here. The design should be doable but I would like to understand where you got stuck.
Many thanks!
Hi! I am sorry I am still in the process of understanding the design intent. Some information is lacking. I suspect you may benefit from using Intersection Curve modeling technique but I am not 100% sure. The idea is that you have dimensions from two different planes (orthogonal to each other). You can create two 2D sketches. Then create a 3D intersection curve (see attached part). Please try it out and see if it helps.
Many thanks!
