3d sketch->plane-> sweep

Hi!

The file is attached.

 

I have a 3D sketch

 

I need to create plane at end point of line and perpendicular to line.

I want to create 2d sketch and then use sweep command.

 

How do I accomplish that?

I don't know why Normal to Curve at Point doesn't work for you; it does for me, on the file that you attached.

Looks like you're missing an update, can you install Service Pack 2 and try again?

 

By "it seems like this isn't holding you back in continuing with your work" I meant that there was an alternative way for you to create a plane normal to that curve, so you were able to continue with whatever you were modelling. Anyway, try installing the service pack and let us know how it goes.
