3D Annotation Not Showing in Ribbon

Annotate is not showing in my ribbon for either working with a part or assembly.  I'm working with 2023.

My hunch is that it might not have been a selection in the installation or I'm just overlooking a setting for having it in the ribbon.

Any guidance on this would be appreciated.  Thank you!

Check if the add-on is enabled.

Ironically, that was the very first place that I checked and I didn't see it in the list.

Right-click the list of Add-ins to "Show hidden members":
Tools -> Add-In -> right-click -> check Show Hidden Members -> 3D Annotation.
