Now if they would just get out of Microsoft's bed.
Nothing to do with the SP, but I just hit the Big I and Inventor didn't respond.  I knew not to hit it again, so I waited a really long time (OK, 5 seconds or so) and clicked it again.  Poof, Inventor is gone.

That's not good.  Must have not been high enough on the priority list to fix.

It isn't a "bug".  Microsoft by design. Does the same thing in any Ribbon Interface, including SolidWorks and MSOffice.

hmmmm win7 x64, i2011 x64 and MSO excel 2010

was working fine.

this morning installed 2011 SP1 and went to edit iPart table via spreadsheet and no joy, "nothing happens" ie table doesn't open in excel (even if excel is open already).

I do get a "busy" mouse pointer for about 3-4sec the first time I try the command then nothing

anybody else?

This is not good enough, people are paying good money for Inventor subscription, and the only fix risks involves mucking around with registry keys.....!!!!

Ok that worked, but should we have to do that, so the program works the way it is supposed to?

I'm glad someone else has this problem. I thought it was just me being impatient!
