Boundary patch / extrude cut

Good morning

My name is Jorge and I am from Portugal. I'm having some troubles with Extrude Cut and Boundary Patch.

I made a 3D sketch, inside a 3D model, that I wanted to use as reference, then I used Boundary Patch command in order to have the surface I designed in my 3D sketch. I then created a 2D sketch on top of my 3D model, where I projected my 3D sketch on it!

After that, I wanted to cut all the material above the boundary patch, I used Extrude Cut command to remove the material and it simply doesn't let me do the Extrude Cut.

If I try to apply Extrude, it allows me to Extrude, when I change to Extrude Cut, it doesn't allow me to Extrude Cut.

Is there anyway for me to cut all the material above my Boundary Patch, so I can have my suface on the solid?

Thanks in advance

Kind regards

Jorge Guimaraes
