If I try to make the online-activation I will get the following error:
Your online activation request has returned the error (800c0005), which means your request can not be processed on our systems.

If I try to make the offline-activation I will get this:

Use a computer with an internet connection and request an activation code for your product license by completing the form below.

The computer have an active internet-connection for sure.
