Windows cannot find 'C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Revit 20xx\Revit.exe

Hello, I cannot get Revit 2023 installed on a user's computer. I've done a very clean uninstall and reinstall twice. I did a sfc /scannow for corrupted files. What windows component is not happy that this error message would pop up immediately?

I'd also recommend the Microsoft Fixit Tool:

From there, I'd grab the offline installer for 2023 Revit from here and use that for the installation:

I do use that Fixit tool quite a bit. The program was really stuck. I tried a very clean reinstall, but no luck. I've not used these direct download links before.
