windows 10 installation for Maya 2016 and 3D MAX 2016

Hi, i'm having troubles instaling both MAYA and 3D MAX in my pc. it has the windows 10 so i dont know if thats the problem but i tried doing it in compatible mode and its the same thing as always. I download it from the autodesk site with free software for students multiple times (without be given to me the license yet) and dirent versions of it too. anyone can help?
