My trial just expired for 3ds Max, so I purchased the Indie license from Autodesk straight away to allow me to continue with my online course work. I received only the order confirmation email, however I can see no product code or key information in my account area online and my Max is still in expired trial mode!
You have to be logged in to use the software, so why is it not activated automatically - like Adobe do?
Why do I have to wait? and why is there not more help information on what to do next?
