Hi, I created an account but it says that I need to click the link in the verification email. But I haven't recieved any email from you. I kept trying to resend the email but still nothing appears in my email.

I am having a similar problem. I did recieve the verification email and clicked on the link. I was taken to the download page and a pop up box said I was verified and needed to login to install software. On login another pop up box said I needed to verify my email address. I tried to resend the verification email but no further emails have arrived.

im having problems with verification email. I was using 3ds max 2015 win10/64 version before, but i bought new computer and now when i want to download 3ds max it asks me for verification. I didnt recieve any verification email so i sent a ticket to support. First time i recieved response within 2 hours and it sayed:

I cannot receive the verify e-mail when I create the the Education Community account.
When I login is showing "EmailNotVerified"
