Unsupported Operating System - Revit 2016

 Hi everyone,

I am a student trying to download Revit 2016. I had Revit 2015, uninstalled it today, and when I try to install Revit 2016 it says my operating system doesn't support it. I bought this computer specifically to use Revit so I know it should have the right operating system. I'll leave a screen shot of the info below. I have been reading some of the forums and they suggest to download the service pack 1. I have done that numerous times and tried to do service pack 2 and it still says it is unsupported. Could I be doing it wrong? I am also recieving a message that I don't understand so I will post that here too. Please help! I have a project due Monday and I need Revit to finish it. It looks like you need to find out more about downloading or re-downloading software, or are having issues that may be resolved by re-downloading.
