Unknown Hard Error

What would be giving me the error message shown above.  When I get this error message it also shuts down my machine.

Are you using any plugins?

I'm not sure what those are. We are just trying to get AutoCAD working and then we will be using IBM CAD Integrator with it.

I believe Unknown Hard Error is an OS-level error. It may not be AutoCAD its self causing the problem but interactions between programs. Thats why I was asking if there are any plugins. 

Is this a fresh install of AutoCAD?

What Version of AutoCAD are you using and what OS are you on?
