Unable to install Maya 2018

I'm trying to install Student version of Maya 2018. However, after the extraction is complete and the installer is launched, I can't see any option to install Maya. All I get is an option to install some plugins (refer attached screenshot). I tried several installers including the ones from torrents. The extraction is of about 3.72GB, but, I can install products of just 300MB.

 

If it helps, I'm using Windows 10.

It is installed already:

Do you not see an icon on your desktop for 3DS Max?

Yeah. I can see 3ds Max. But, shouldn't Maya have a seperate icon or
something?

Nope. It's not there. I can just see 3ds Max and Mudbox along with the
other Autodesk apps like Autodesk Desktop App.

Accepted solution

I would recommend then doing a clean uninstall of the Maya

 

Using the Microsoft Fix It 

 

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed...

 

Then reinstall it
