Unable to Install Inventor 2023 Test Version

Everytime i try to install Inventor 2023 over the webinstaller (or Desktop-App, wich apperently is using also the webinstaller) i get an Error:

Unable to install

you are not connected to the internet...

I tried different networks, also LTE and nothing seems to help to get a connection to the Autodesk Servers.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

There may be parts of the install left from a failed installation. I would start with a clean uninstall then download the trial again. This time, don't try using the Desktop App to install.

That isn't possible, it wont even start the installer, cant uninstall something that wasn't there. This is no issue while installing, its with starting the installer. No Autodesk product was installed before, and this issue is on 3 different notebooks.
I tried all the installation possibilities.
The Webinstaller, desktop app, and downloading the installation files manually.
This fails also, because it seems like there should be 3 big files, but I only get one.
It says "there are files missing for the installation" and I cant find where to download the other two??
