Unable to download Fusion 360

There seems to be a problem with my download? I'm not sure what went wrong, I've included the file that the setup told me to included. any help is appreciated.

@Anonymous, Based on the log file, it shows there's another installation pending. Try rebooting your machine and try the download/install again.

Welcome to the Autodesk forum community! 

 

I took a look at your webdeploy log and found several errors:

  • ConnectionRefusedError: [WinError 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it
  • 2018-10-16 16:33:30,027 - MainProcess(12900) - InstallDriver - adsk.dls.streamer.process - ERROR :: The registry is locked at this moment. Please refer to detailed information: "This process failed because of another installer deploy in process"

First, I would suggest to follow the instructions at the link below to use the uninstall tool to make sure there are no remnants from a previous installation of Fusion:

Now, before trying a fresh installation of Fusion, your network may need to be addressed to allow for the installation. Below would be a good article to forward to your network administrator:

Make sure you are signed into your machine as a local admin when installing Fusion. Whereas Fusion gets installed to the users profile you will want to make sure that your log-in has elevated rights.
