Two autocad version on one computer

Is it possible to install the student version and the full version of AutoCAD on the same computer without any issues?

Hi @kpere224

If it is the same version of autocad (year), you would have to install it only once and once inside the program make the account change.
If they are two different versions of the program, they work completely independent.

How to change licence type inside AutoCAD:

Hi @kpere224,

Whilst you could get it to work, from a compliance side, it's a mega nope.

You must keep your educational and commercial files separate otherwise you will end up in a lot of bother if you get audited. Whilst you could use separate user accounts, personally I would not touch your educational license or files created with that license since the files contain metadata that can spread into other files, marking them as educational which is bad for compliance.
