Troubleshooting Revit 2020 install

I had installed revit 2020. It was working however, I could not access the materials or content, even though the content and material libraries showed as installed.

I have not uninstalled revit 2020 but a bunch of side applications remain.

I have a licensed revit 2017 installed.

What do you suggest I do now if I want Revit 2020 to work normally ? Should I just try re in stalling it ? (material and content libraries showing as already installed in the installation menu).

Or should I uninstall any revit 2020 associated program and try to do a fresh install then ?

I will try to keep practicing on my revit 2017 before I waste more time with this

I would try to repair the install first, if that fails:

Uninstall using MSFixit: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-instal...

Then reinstall as admin using browser download: Download from http://manage.autodesk.com/
