the Export didn't go though. Autodesk sent me to a separate window, https://profile.autodesk.com/personalinfo, that does not show any information.

I tried to reinstall AutoCAD and I received an error message that the transver was still in progress.  I waited overnight.

now it won't install because it says the export is still in progress.

Autocad wouldn't run before the uninstallation since an error message appeared stating the export was still processing.

Now what?

If you're on W10 or 11 it's likely why it's not working.

Is the license still even valid?

May I ask, was a repair or reinstall of Aut0CAD 2015 not an option? Handled in Windows through Control Panel. Neither required the use of the LTU.

Or did you have to do more to fix the issues you faced, like reformat the PC/reinstall WindowOS or upgrade the PC?

I've never know the LTU to be used from and to the same exact PC before.

I've already ran the license transfer utility using Windows 109 and it
worked fine on this Windows 10 machine until I tried it last week before I
uninstalled and reinstalled to fix a printing error. AutoCAD 2015 has been
running on this Windows 10 machine without any problems before this.

Yes, the license is still valid. It's a perpetual license.

What are my options?

I didn't know that was not required.  Repairing did not solve the problem.  I didn't know what to do .  I thought uninstalling would require a LTU.  My mistake.

I haven't seen the LTU work properly on W10 (in my experience)

Why not just reactivate it manually:

It's working now. I sent in a case and they must have fixed it. 🙂

likely just needed their "permissions" to activate..

Glad you're all set

Side note: watch the c++/NET updates for Windows 10 and 2015. I see a lot of issues when Microsoft does an OS update of these.

Thanks. Updates are a pain. They seem to always disrupt something.
