COULD IT BE A POSSIBLE SCAM?

i started getting random emails and phone calls from someone who was claiming to be from autocad india , they are asking for a potentially large amount of money to resolve this or they could drag me in court for this, please check if this is a scam or not? plus is normal for them to use our names in emails?

below i have posted screenshots of the matter and blurred the names of my organizationScreenshot (18).pngScreenshot (19).png

Seems legit. Here is another topic about the subject:

But good that you ask about it, you can't be careful enough!

It's legit: ignore it at your peril 😞

@rumsfulzele001  1000% valid. I'd remove and do whatever they asked.

Fines can come if you don't.

Run the Audit software per their request too if you haven't yet.
