The field where i have to enter the serialnumber doesnt appear

Hello guys,

 

i hope someone can help me with my Problem.

i whanted to download Maya for the first time on my Windows PC but when i tried to open the License verification in the Maya 2018 Programm, it shut itself down and didnt do anything else, no matter how often i tried to open the page.

Hello @Anonymous, 

 

Please review the common solutions to this problem below. 

 

  1. Reboot the computer & quit any applications from Task Manager running in the background
  2. Make sure you are properly assigned to the products by the Administrator & that the Administrator has a "User" Tab
  3. Subscription Licensing Error: "Establish an Internet connection to continue"
  4. The Windows profile is set to standard user & needs to be changed to Administrator
  5. The License Service is Disabled or Corrupt 
  6. Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your system
  7.  Conduct a License Reset
  8. Resetting and Changing Your Autodesk Account Password
  9. If the issue persists, conduct a Clean Uninstall of the previous installation & use the MSfixitTool to complete it
  10. Reinstall using the Browser Download Method in your Autodesk Account
